Account and API keys

  • Check that the API key was copied completely and has no extra spaces.
  • Confirm the API key is not expired or disabled.
  • Confirm the request uses the correct authentication header.
  • Confirm the group assigned to the API key can access the requested model.
Use wallet management to view balance and payment history. Use usage logs to view usage records and cost details.
API requests return an error. After you add funds in wallet management, requests can continue without restarting the client.

Service and connection

All AIOHub API keys use the sk- format, but different clients depend on different protocols, Base URLs, and groups. Use one API key per client when you want separate limits, usage tracking, and group changes. See Choose a client.
Usage logs are for billing, usage queries, and troubleshooting. They can show fields such as model, group, status, cost, token usage, API key name, and request ID.
First check whether the request appears in console usage logs. If there is no log, the issue is usually the client Base URL, environment variables, or local network. If a failed log exists, continue with the model, group, status code, and request ID. See Troubleshooting.
